What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, optional date of birth.
- Membership records: NRIC, address, club affiliation (only when you apply for membership).
- Transaction history: tickets, registrations, merchandise orders.
- Activity: ratings, comments, scan/check-in logs, IP + user-agent at consent.
How we use it
To run tournaments and events, send transactional notices, issue receipts, and serve relevant content. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can export every record we hold on you, or delete your account, at /profile/privacy. Deletion cascades through orders, tickets, registrations, comments and ratings.
Audit trail
Every acceptance of these terms is logged with timestamp, IP and user-agent. Material changes will bump the policy version and prompt you to re-accept.
