Terms of Service

By creating an account on Formula Sport you agree to play, attend and transact in good faith and to abide by the rules of every tournament, event and sale you participate in.

1. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older. Some tournaments enforce additional age limits which you will be asked to acknowledge at checkout.

2. Tickets and refunds

Tickets are personal but transferable through the in-app transfer flow. Refunds are subject to the per-event refund window. Resale is permitted only at or below the original face value of the ticket.

3. Conduct

Formula Sport may suspend or cancel accounts that engage in scalping, harassment, or unsafe behaviour at venues.

4. Liability

Sport carries risk. By registering for a tournament you acknowledge the waiver shown at registration. Formula Sport' liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected ticket or registration.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes bump the version above, and you will be asked to re-accept the next time you sign in.
